Women of Inspiration is a celebration of women who have made a choice to remove themselves from an unhealthy situation. It is aimed not only at celebrating women for overcoming adversity, but also at encouraging women to remove themselves from unhealthy or dangerous lifestyles.
This initiative was founded by two local entrepreneurs, Trista Blouin and Monique Le Clair, to recognize and celebrate area women who have created a successful life of their choosing after overcoming seemingly insurmountable odds.
The mission of Women of Inspiration is to celebrate women who have overcome personal struggles, specifically violence, to go on to create a life of their choosing from which they feel personal fulfillment and satisfaction. The awards are intended to encourage women who are currently being held captive by their fear to take steps toward becoming independent. Visit us online at www.womenofinspiration.net.
Women of Inspiration is sponsored by local and national organizations including Look Who Just Blouin Photography, A Cut Above Salon and Spa, Homewood Suites, Aragon Wine Market, National Association of Social Workers and Mary Kay Cosmetics. Women of Inspiration
